U just need to know at least the basics of forward programming ( C programing for example) and you can start from there, i would say i love it more than any other field but everyone has an opinion

I did not face any issues with lack of documentation. It was much better then Pythons. Documentation is the only reason I learned Rust. What did you think the Rust docs lacked?
